Appeals

Appeals from conviction/or sentence have strict time limitations that must be adhered to. Generally, the appeal paperwork must be filed within 30 days from the date of sentence. The severity of the charge will determine which court hears the appeal.

Traffic Offences
Some traffic tickets will have a significant impact on your licence and insurance premiums. The more serious offences, eg. careless driving, hit and run, speeding in excess of 50 k's over the limit, will often result, not only in a possible license suspension, but also will result in increased insurance premiums. An automatic suspension will occur if the demerit total reaches 15.

Whether you are charged with a traffic offence, impaired driving or any other criminal offence, you can rely on dedication and experience with Mr. Batting as your counsel.
